It is our goal to ensure your purchase from our store is easy and that you get our quality products in your hands as quickly as possible. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know immediately and we will do our best to resolve any issues for you.
Simply send us an email us or call us within 7 days with a genuine reason for returns to be accepted. You must advise us before sending goods back. We will endeavour to reply within one business day.
Please note that any goods returned for refund or exchange must be in their original saleable condition. Any postage charges for a refund or exchange will be at the cost of the buyer.
If an item returned for a refund was sold under a free shipping listing, a $15 restocking fee will apply. Handling, packing and postage charges are non refundable in any circumstances.
